In the "Passenger information" form the following personal information is requested: Name, 1st Surname, 2nd Surname, Type of Document, Document Number and Loyalty Card. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.

In the event that the final destination is a country of the United States, the date of birth of all passengers will also be requested as a mandatory field; However, if the final destination is not a country belonging to the United States, only minors will be asked for such data.

Below is the following form: "Contact information in case of emergency": According to the provisions of Article 20.3 of Regulation 996/2010, on investigation and prevention of accidents and incidents in civil aviation, airlines will offer travelers the possibility of providing the data of a contact person in the event of an accident. This information may only be used by airlines in the event of an accident and will not be communicated to third parties or used for commercial purposes.

If the passenger wishes to provide such information, they must fill in the fields inhabited for this purpose. In the event that the passenger does not wish to provide such information, they must check the box: "I do not want to provide this information."

Both Malik Travel and the passenger / s are exempted from requesting the consent of the data owner, by virtue of the provisions of article 11.2 a) of Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Character Data. In Buyer data, the user is given the option to use the data of a passenger; If he uses this option, he will also be asked, as mandatory fields: the email and a contact telephone number of the passenger chosen.

Fields marked with an asterisk indicate that they are mandatory; so that, if the user does not enter all of the data indicated as such, the cells with missing data will be marked in red and the following text will appear: "Check the fields marked in red", the user must fill in correctly the formula; otherwise, you will not be able to continue. However, if all the requested information is correctly filled in, click on the box: "I have read and accept the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy" and check the CONTINUE option, the user will see the section dedicated to requesting more information of the card if you have chosen the payment method: "Card payment". Said data will be processed solely for the purpose of managing the ticket reservation and, where appropriate, issuing the same and, unless the user states otherwise, for sending commercial and promotional offers, as well as electronic communications for informational purposes only. Although you do not finally contract our services, you authorize us by means of this clause, to keep your data in our files for the same purposes mentioned in the previous paragraph. The passenger expressly consents, through this Privacy Policy, that their data be provided to Amadeus for the reservation of the ticket, and possible issuance of the same; as well as the relevant airlines. In the event that an International (transoceanic) flight is contracted, the user expressly consents through this clause that their data may be transferred to countries that do not offer a level of protection comparable to that of the European Economic Area (EEA) and / or companies from States. States that have not subscribed to the Safe Harbor principles; in case your destination is one of the aforementioned countries.

If the user chooses the option "Payment in office", it will have an additional cost of 10 E per passenger added to the RRP that has in its reservation. You must print the voucher or write down the assigned locator, choose one of the Malik Travel offices and pay the corresponding amount there. If you do not make the payment before 10pm on that day, your reservation will be automatically canceled. It is important to note that the aforementioned voucher is not a valid document for travel. In that case, it will be necessary to provide a photocopy of your ID as mandatory documentation.

If you choose the "Bank transfer" option, you must choose one of the entities indicated in the "See available banks" drop-down. If the user's bank is not on the list, the user will not be able to make the payment by bank transfer. You must print the voucher or write down the assigned locator, make the transfer in the selected account indicating the locator in the concept of the transfer, and once it has been made, contact Malik Travel to indicate that it has been carried out in the contact information that appears in that section. To validate the payment, the transfer must be made before 10pm on that day. It is important to note that the aforementioned voucher is not a valid document to travel

If you choose the option "Deposit into account" you must choose one of the banks with which Malik Travel works and you must go to any of their offices to make the deposit. You must print the voucher or write down the assigned locator, go to any branch of the selected bank and make the deposit using the locator as the concept of the deposit. If the payment is not formalized the same day before 10pm, the user's reservation will be automatically canceled. It is important to note that the aforementioned voucher is not a valid document for travel.

The personal data of the passengers and, where appropriate, of the reservations issued, will be stored in the Information Systems of Malik Travel. To guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of clients' personal data, Malik Travel has robust encryption systems in place in all storage environments.

In addition, Malik Travel is adapted to Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation of development of the LOPD, guaranteeing all this, the integrity and security of your personal data.
